Hernán Pereyra Oviedo

Hernán Pereyra Oviedo has a diverse range of work experience in the field of product design and UX/UI consulting. Hernán currently holds the position of Senior Product Designer at Eurowings Digital, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to this, Hernán worked as a Local Leader for IDF Cologne at Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) from April 2019 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for organizing meetups, workshops, and summits to promote knowledge sharing within the design community.

From October 2018 to September 2021, Hernán served as a Senior Product Designer at m.Doc GmbH, where they were involved in various aspects of healthcare software design, such as B2B and B2C products, design process organization, and maintenance of design systems. Hernán also conducted internal UX workshops and talks.

Before joining m.Doc GmbH, Hernán worked as a UX/UI Consultant, assisting startups and agencies in understanding user needs and delivering valuable experiences with their products. During this time, they worked with companies like Wolox.com.

Hernán also has experience as a Co-founder and Community Leader at Shiftseven, a community-based organization that aimed to promote innovation through training and meetings. Hernán Pereyra Oviedo has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended ECOA Europa and obtained a certification as a Certified International Coach, specializing in coaching. In 2018, they pursued various short-term programs and certifications. Hernán attended The Interaction Design Foundation and completed a course in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) focused on UX. Hernán also studied Product Management at Coderhouse and gained knowledge in Business Modeling, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation at Scalabl Academy. Additionally, they completed courses in Psychology of Interaction Design, Information Visualization, and Emotional Design at The Interaction Design Foundation. In 2017, they participated in the Innovation & Design Programa IBM - UP at Universidad de Palermo, where they learned about Design Thinking. Earlier in their educational journey, they obtained a Planning and Creative Advertising Diploma from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' in 2011-2012 and a Tecnico superior en Publicidad degree from Colegio Universitario IES from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, in 2000-2003, they attended La Metro - Escuela de Com. Audiovisual and obtained a Técnico Superior en Diseño Multimedia degree, specializing in Multimedia.

In addition to their formal education, Hernán Pereyra Oviedo has obtained a certification in UX Design: Creating Scenarios and Storyboards from LinkedIn in March 2021.
