Eric Hurel

Eric Hurel has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in human resources management. Eric is currently the Human Resources Director Industrial Operations at Recordati-Eusapharma, where they oversee HR operations for pharmaceutical and chemical plants in multiple countries. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of HR for US, Europe, and Emerging Markets at EUSA Pharma. Eric also held various senior HR positions at ACTELION PHARMACEUTICALS, GALDERMA, and SERVIER DO BRASIL, where they had responsibilities in HR strategy, talent management, and the establishment of new affiliates in different regions. Eric Hurel received an MBA in International Business from Esade between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Master Degree in Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre from 1983 to 1988. Eric completed their high school education at Lycée St Erembert-Saint Germain en Laye from 1979 to 1983, and their secondary school education at Lycée Jean Mermoz-Buenos Aires from 1975 to 1978.
