James J. Hance, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of geotechnical engineering. James J. started their career at Schnabel Engineering as a Staff Engineer and eventually became a Senior Staff Engineer until 2001. James J. then joined Eustis Engineering Services, LLC in 2003, where they initially served as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were appointed as the Vice President of the same company. In 2012, they joined Eustis Engineering L.L.C. as the Vice President and CFO. In their current role, they oversee various geotechnical engineering projects and provides innovative solutions to clients in the Gulf Coast Region.

James J. Hance, P.E. has a strong educational background in engineering and business. James J. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in 1998. Prior to that, they attended Gonzaga College High School, where they completed their secondary education in 1994.

In 2002, James pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Engineering degree from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. James J.'sfield of study during this time was Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical engineering.

To enhance their business acumen, James pursued an MBA from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business. James J. completed this program from 2008 to 2011, specializing in Finance and Management.

Additionally, James J. Hance, P.E. has obtained certification from the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) in August 2015, which further reflects their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
