James Williams, P.E. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. James started their career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Mississippi State University in 2015. During this time, they gained experience in teaching and assisting students. James then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on soil-tire interaction in off-road mobility and conducted statistical analyses and numerical simulations. In 2017, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University, where they studied unsaturated soil mechanics and managed undergraduate research assistants. Since 2018, James has been working at Eustis Engineering LLC, initially as an Assistant Project Engineer and currently as a Project Engineer.
James Williams, P.E. received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the same institution and completed it in 2018. In 2016, they obtained the certification of "Engineer Intern." Later, in 2021, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS).
