Federica Lombardo

Federica Lombardo is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in satellite operations and support engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Service Support Engineer at Eutelsat OneWeb since December 2021, Federica manages end-to-end contact for User Terminals, conducts technical investigations, and analyzes service performance using KPIs, while also acting as a technical escalation point for complex customer inquiries. Previous roles include Fleet Operations Engineer at OneWeb, where responsibilities involved managing a fleet of over 400 LEO satellites and performing telemetry analysis, and Flight Lead Engineer at D-Orbit, overseeing the ION SCV-002 mission. Federica holds a Master of Science in Space Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, both from Politecnico di Milano.
