George Nicola

George Nicola is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in systems engineering and product management within the aviation and satellite industries. Currently serving as the Director of Aero UT Development and Production at OneWeb since December 2020, George Nicola is focused on advancing aeronautical user terminals for next-generation airborne satellite communications. Previously held positions include Director at GN Aviation Consulting Limited, where consulting services were offered in avionics and satellite communications, as well as various roles at OneWeb, Collins Aerospace, Rockwell Collins, and Inmarsat, where George Nicola contributed significantly to product management, certification strategy, and technical marketing efforts. George Nicola holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
