Ground Control Lead - Satellite Operations at Eutalsat OneWeb

Guillaume THEBAULT has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Guillaume started their career as a Space Software Engineer intern at Observatoire de Paris in 2017. Later that year, they managed a team of four students in an experimental study of the aerodynamic behavior of the ESA Huygens probe during its descent in Saturn's satellite atmosphere. In 2018, Guillaume worked as an Advanced Mission Concept Study Engineer at the European Space Agency, where they conducted mission analysis and determined mission requirements for a permanent platform on Phobos/Deimos. Guillaume then joined ESSP SAS as the EGNOS GNSS System Engineering Coordination, where they coordinated system and operations activities, delivered system performance reports, and analyzed sub-systems. Most recently, Guillaume worked at OneWeb, starting as a Ground Controller for Satellite Operations, then transitioning to a Satellite Operation Engineer role, and currently serving as the Ground Control Lead.

Guillaume THEBAULT completed their Baccalaureat in the field of Study Scientifique at Lycée Sévigné from 2010 to 2013. Guillaume then pursued their Prepa Ingénieur in Engineering at Polytech Nantes from 2013 to 2015. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at Polytech Orléans from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Guillaume studied Aerospace Engineering at Wichita State University from 2016 to 2017.
