Mariamicheal Leadens

Mariamicheal Leadens has worked in various roles in the energy industry since 2013. Mariamicheal began their career as an Electrical Supervisor at Petrofac in 2013. Mariamicheal then worked as an EEHA Supervisor at Bumi Armada in 2014, followed by a role as Lead Ex Inspector at Atec-Moxi pte Ltd. In 2015, they moved to Bumi Armada again, this time as an Ex Inspector on the BUMI KRAKEN FPSO. In 2017, Mariamicheal took on two roles; an E & I Engineer at DNV GL and an EIT Inspector at IHI E&C International Corporation. Mariamicheal then moved to Heerema Marine Contractors as an E & I Inspector/Senior Commissioning Tech in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an ATEC - Lead inspector/coordinator at ATEC, and in 2020 they took on the role of Electrical Supervisor at Heerema Marine Contractors. Finally, in 2022, they became the HA Compliance Lead at EUTEX International.

Mariamicheal Leadens has an extensive education history. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Auston Institute of Management, Singapore (Coventry University). Prior to this, they earned a National technical Certificate in (Garde-2) in Electrical Technology from ITE, Singapore in 2001, and a National technical Certificate in (Garde-3) in Electrical Technology from ITE, Singapore in 1998. In 1994, they earned a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg from Morning Star polytechnic, Tamilnadu, India. Additionally, they earned an NTC in Electrician from N.I Institute of Engineering, Kerala, India in 1988-1991. Mariamicheal also holds certifications from Baseefa (IECEx CoP Ex 001, Ex 003, Ex 007 & Ex 008), JTL (Competence Course (Atex) for Hazardous area Installation, Inspection & Maintanence (E & I) and Explosive atmosphere-Application Design Engineer Module), SvB ExTech (AS/NZS 4761 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11 & 2.12), and TUV Rheinland (IECEx CoP Ex 001, Ex 002, Ex 003, Ex 004, Ex 006, Ex 007, Ex 008, Ex 009 & Ex 010).
