Tommy founded EUTEX INTERNATIONAL in 1998, establishing a presence in both Singapore and Houston, Texas, to capitalize on market opportunities in rig and FPSO construction. Additionally, Tommy leads RUBISLAW PROPERTY COMPANY LIMITED, specializing in luxury home rentals in Houston, and BON-ACCORD PROPERTIES LIMITED, which builds custom luxury homes. Tommy previously founded ATEC Global Services Pte Ltd and ATEC Training & Certification Services to address hazardous area training needs, expanding services throughout Southeast Asia.
