Carisa White

Carisa White has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and organizations. Carisa is currently the Director of Human Resources at EUV Tech, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, starting as the Director of Human Resources in March 2018 and later being promoted to Senior Director in September 2020. Carisa held this role until February 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Encore.org from August 2015 to March 2018. Carisa also has experience at The Atlantic Philanthropies as a Human Resources Manager from April 2007 to June 2015, where they were recognized for their leadership during a period of staff reduction. Carisa began their career as the HR & Administration Manager at Trace Foundation from April 2010 to February 2011, where they developed policies, managed recruitment, and oversaw office operations.

Carisa White obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management & Development from New York University in the academic year of 2008 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Carisa also obtained a certification as a Dare to Lead Trained professional from the institution Dare to Lead™ Trained in March 2020.
