Agnieszka Kachel-Stępniewska

Product Designer at Euvic

Agnieszka Kachel-Stępniewska has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Agnieszka most recently worked as a Product Designer at Euvic Sverige starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at UBS from January 2022 to December 2022.

Before their time at UBS, Agnieszka worked at Credit Suisse from June 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the full cycle of graphic and design projects, including receiving requests, negotiating with clients, presenting ideas, and preparing final products. Agnieszka also created print communication and digital materials in line with corporate identity standards and client requirements.

From February 2014 to June 2019, they worked at GRUNT STUDIO as a Landscape Architect, Graphic Designer, and Web Designer. During this time, they gained experience in landscape architecture and graphic design.

In addition, Agnieszka worked as an Author and Blogger for Polska Mapa Rzemieślników - Polish Craftsmen's Map from March 2014 to February 2019.

Agnieszka also has experience as a Landscape Architect at Büro Haan from January 2013 to March 2014, and previously held a Landscape Architect Intern position at the same company from October 2012 to December 2012.

Agnieszka Kachel-Stępniewska began their education by earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Landscape Architecture from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Agnieszka then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in the same field at the same university, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. In 2009 to 2010, Agnieszka studied Landscape Architecture at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, although they did not earn a specific degree.

Furthermore, Agnieszka attended Zespół Szkół Nr 3 w Krakowie, Technikum Przemysłu Skórzanego, where they trained as an apprentice (peon) for a leathercraft worker from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their university education, they also attended City Art Center in Nysa, where they studied painting, drawing, and art history from 1994 to 2007.

Currently, Agnieszka has plans to pursue a field of study in UX Design at The Interaction Design Foundation, starting in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Agnieszka has obtained several certifications. These include the Digital Designer certificate from Design Practice in February 2023, the Konferencja I Design certificate from Konferencja I DESIGN in November 2022, and the creative HTML + CSS certificate from The Awwwesomes in November 2021. Furthermore, they obtained a Graphic Design certificate in iconography, typography, logo, and poster from Ośrodek Postaw Twórczych we Wroclawiu - OPT in October 2018.

Agnieszka has also completed various training programs and workshops. Agnieszka attended the XV Summer Academy Challenges of Sustainable Development in Poland, organized by the Sendzimir Foundation, in July 2012. Additionally, they completed e-learning training I and II: The introduction and application of sustainable development, also organized by the Sendzimir Foundation, in April 2012. Lastly, Agnieszka participated in the Wroclawski Absolwent classes, which focused on English, numerical skills, team communication, and creative problem-solving. Agnieszka completed this program in November 2011.
