Louis Fearn

Louis Fearn is a seasoned professional in investment and corporate finance, currently serving as Principal at InMotion Ventures since February 2020, where the focus is on Climate Tech investments, particularly in industrial decarbonisation, electrification, and advanced materials. Fearn has held various roles, including Investor and Board Observer positions with multiple organizations such as UNCAGED Innovations and ev.energy. Previous experience includes serving as Growth Lead at TalentDesk.io, Corporate Banking Analyst at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, and President of the School of Management at the University of St Andrews. Fearn holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Management from the University of St Andrews, where the latter was achieved with First Class Honours.
