Ryan Powers

Ryan Powers has over 16 years of experience in compliance and brand protection, with a focus on the wine and vaping industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at EV Range. Prior to that, they owned GRYX, LLC, a company that provided regulatory solutions. Ryan has also worked as a Director of Risk Mitigation, Compliance, and Brand Protection for companies such as Juul Labs and PAX Labs. In addition, they have held compliance positions at Trinchero Family Estates, Foley Family Wines, Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, Wine & Spirits Regulatory Consultants, and Scott Street Portfolio of Wines.

Ryan Powers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California from 2002 to 2006. Ryan also studied Viticulture & Winery Technology at Napa Valley College and attended San Leandro High School. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Corporate Governance from Emeritus.
