Dardan Isufi

Dardan Isufi's work experience begins in 2017 as an Intern at the Centre for the Prevention of Radicalization Leading to Violence. In this role, they coordinated objectives, managed resources, and developed an evaluation plan for a national campaign. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Infantry Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they commanded an infantry section, provided motivational leadership, and effectively transmitted orders in stressful situations. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Eva, a start-up. In this role, they are responsible for organizing and operationalizing the product, ensuring daily operations, and achieving growth objectives set by the board of representatives.

Dardan Isufi pursued their education at McGill University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Baccalaureate degree in Political Science and Indigenous Studies. Prior to their time at McGill, they attended Dawson College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Diploma of College Studies in Social Science and Peace Studies.
