Seema Nair

Seema Nair has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Seema is the CEO and Founder of CalibreCode Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company that provides on-demand Quality Assurance Solutions for Product Management & Engineering teams.

Seema also worked as the Head of Quality Assurance at EVA.AI, an award-winning Intelligent Recruitment Automation software company. Seema was responsible for automating the recruitment funnel, from job discovery to interview, in a single fluid motion.

In addition, Seema served as the Director and Co-Founder of GRUOSI Digital Ventures LLC, where they worked as the CTO to develop a product for Digital Advertisements called Stream-Ads. This IoT-based product, developed using MEAN Stack and Python Frameworks, streams advertisements to any digital display device connected through their online portal.

Seema has also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing technical expertise and SDET services to various start-up projects. Seema also assists in framing the architecture and laying the foundation for the technical work involved in development.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Seema worked at QSG Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Consultant, iOS Developer, Lead Automation Engineer, and Software Automation Engineer. Notably, they developed consumer Apps like Basefolder and ProntoShare, which provide file storage and file sharing solutions. Seema also developed an enterprise App to convert paper-based operations to online operations.

Earlier in their career, Seema served as a Technical Project Lead at DELL PEROT SYSTEMS, where they worked with Experian, a global leader among credit reporting agencies. Seema was responsible for handling one of their products, preparing technical design documents, and coordinating the development work with the team.

Seema began their career as a Mainframe Developer at Tata Consultancy Services.

Seema Nair obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have completed several certifications, including "Website Hacking & Penetration Testing (Real World Hacking!)" from Udemy in January 2020, "AWS Certified Solution Architect" from Udemy in November 2017, "SCRUM MASTER ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION" from the International Scrum Institute in November 2017, and "IBM DB2 Certification" from IBM (specific date of completion not provided). Seema also has a certification in TOGAF from The Open Group Architecture Framework (specific date of completion not provided).
