Liao Chi-Wei began their career in 1992 as a supervisor at Vietnam Airlines, where they were responsible for check-in, lost and found, and baggage service. Liao also served as a trainer for the World Tracer system. In 2003, they joined the training team at Noibai Int'l Airport Ground Services Company - Vietnam Airlines.
In 2004, Liao Chi-Wei joined Eva Air as a director. Liao has been with the company for over 15 years and has played a vital role in its growth and success. Under their leadership, Eva Air has become one of the leading airlines in Taiwan.
Liao Chi-Wei has a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Economic Relations from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Hanoi Foreign Language Teaching University, and a bachelors in Commercial Transportation from Vietnam Aviation Academy.
