Hugo Soares

Hugo Soares has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Factoring Intern at Federal Invest. In 2014, they worked as a Trainee in the Customer Service team at Philips Healthcare Latin America. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Co-Founder of Fit+ App, a company focused on increasing people's daily attendance in their training through gamification. Hugo then co-founded WeCare in 2016, where they served as a Co-Founder and later as a Business Advisor. WeCare aimed to make each company a better place to work by developing incentive programs. In 2018, Hugo joined Oncase as a Project Manager and later took the position of Head of Operations, where they led the expansion of the company's operation to São Paulo and played a key role in their growth strategy. In 2018, they also co-founded Mondo Digital, a company that developed corporate tools using VEAs (Virtual Employee Assistants). In 2020, Hugo took a sabbatical period to study about IoT while traveling to various cities. Hugo then became the CEO & Co-Founder of Eva in 2020. In 2021, they joined Cubo Itaú as an Entrepreneur and became an Investor in Pink Farms.

Hugo Soares obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economia from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences as an exchange student, focusing on International Studies. In 2018 and 2019, Hugo attended CESAR School and earned the position of Assistant Professor - Extension in the field of Gestão de Negócios na Era Digital. During the same period, they also pursued a Nanodegree in Analista de Dados from Udacity. Additionally, Hugo earned a certification in Management 3.0 from Management 3.0 in November 2018. Hugo also completed a course titled "Introdução à Cultura de Data Analytics com Inteligência Artificial" from Aquarela Knowledge and Innovation, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
