Olesia Balabanova

Olesia Balabanova currently serves as the Head of Business Intelligence at Линия магазинов EVA since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in developing a data-driven culture and providing data across multiple departments. Prior to this role, Olesia held the position of Head of BI at Kasta from February 2016 to July 2022, where substantial contributions included creating the analytics department, developing various analytical applications, and enhancing forecasting and budgeting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Olesia started the professional journey at LLC Amstor Trading House, progressing from an operator to Head of BI and Marketing Director over 12 years. Olesia holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Donetsk National University.
