Leonora obtained their Master's Degree in Sociology and Literature from the University of Geneva, a prestigious institution, between 1996 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed high school at Lycée Français d'Athènes from 1993 to 1996. In 2005, they attended the University of Vienna for an Advanced German course for foreigners. In 2006, they pursued a Human Rights Certificate Advanced Studies at the University of Geneva.

Leonora has also pursued additional educational certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they completed the High Performance Leadership Program at IMD, and the following year, in 2016, they undertook an Advanced Strategic Management program at the same institution, further specializing in strategy and leadership. Additionally, in 2017, they attained a Certificat niveau avancé in Project Management from Sauter training & Simulation (STS).

Furthermore, Leonora has sought to enhance their skills and knowledge through various certifications. In 2018, they acquired certification in "Concevoir des formations en présentiel et à distance" from Cegos. Leonora expanded their understanding of Corporate Sustainability, Social Innovation, and Ethics by completing a course at Imperial College Business School in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Sustainable Fashion from Copenhagen Business School.
