Digital Media Assistant

Digital Media Assistant has had a wide range of previous work experiences that have all contribute to their current position as a Digital Media Assistant. Digital first started out as a Travel Advisor with Vacation Express, where they were the first point of contact for customers and provided them with resources and information about travel destinations. Digital then became a Customer Service Representative with PupSocks, where they helped customers with questions and concerns about the product. After that, they became a Program Director with Cheer & Dance 404 Athletics LLC, where they were responsible for managing the program and ensuring its success. Finally, they became a Medical Receptionist with The George Washington University Hospital, where they were responsible for greeting patients and providing them with information about their visit.

Their manager is Dongwoo Kim, Content Strategist. They are on a team with and TBA - Digital Media Editor.
