Joseph Evans III

Joseph Evans III is the CEO of Evan Alexander Grooming, a previous Real Estate Development Manager at Columbia Residential, and has a strong background in financial analysis and real estate development. Joseph has worked on various projects involving feasibility analysis, due diligence, negotiation of contracts, and preparation of pro forma statements and projections. Joseph has also been responsible for obtaining project financing, managing construction administration activities, and presenting development plans to state officials, local municipalities, and community organizations. In addition, they have worked with the Property Management Group to track lease-up and compliance with Limited Partnership Agreement requirements.
