Rachel Whittaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales support and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Support at Evander Glazing & Locks since April 2021, Rachel leads a new sales support initiative focused on bidding for new business, client performance insights, and research and proposition development. Additionally, Rachel has held various roles within Evander, including Head of Customer Engagement and previously worked as the National Account Manager at VPS Evander and Customer Interface Manager at UK Drainage Network Ltd. With a background as a Technical Manager at HomeServe, Rachel possesses a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering robust inter-company relationships.
