Jay Mainville

Jay Mainville is an experienced professional in recruitment and coaching, currently serving as a Provider Recruiter at Evangelical Community Hospital since January 2024. With a background in recruiting at Hueman Your RPO Partner since June 2016, Jay has held roles including Manager of RPO Services and Executive Recruiter. Previous experience includes managing OD recruitment at MyEyeDr. from December 2020 to January 2023 and serving as an Executive Search Recruiter at Hueman Executive Search from April 2019 to November 2020. Additionally, Jay has a strong coaching background, having worked as Head Soccer Coach at Jacksonville Armada Youth Football Club and Ponte Vedra Soccer Club, while also serving as an Exercise Specialist at HIT Training Center. Jay holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of West Florida.
