Deborah Masten

Deborah Masten, LMHC, has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, currently serving as the Director of Global Personnel for Evangelical Covenant Church since March 2017. Prior roles include Associate Director of Global and Local Ministries at Quest Church and Therapist at Samaritan Center of Puget Sound, where therapeutic support was provided for various relational and emotional challenges. Deborah has held leadership positions such as Clinical Program Director at REST, overseeing clinical services, and Clinical Supervisor at Navos, managing an interdisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. With a strong background in vocational services, Deborah also supervised vocational programs at Community Psychiatric Clinic and has international counseling experience from work in Cambodia, where specialized training programs were developed for health professionals. Educationally, Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University.
