Courtney Blesi, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at EFCA, a role held since September 2019, which includes leadership of the Accounting department, financial operations coordination, treasury management, and compliance functions. Previously, Courtney held positions as a Manager of Finance, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, and as a Senior Accountant, supervising various accounting tasks. Additionally, Courtney's experience includes teaching Governmental and Non-Profit Accounting as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northwestern — St. Paul and working at CliftonLarsonAllen in various accounting roles, including auditing and tax preparation. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Minnesota West Community and Technical College and a degree from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
