Kelley Kaler

Kelley Kaler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Evans & Chambers Technology, LLC since April 2019. Previously, Kelley held the position of Director of HR & Operations at C2S Consulting Group from July 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included aligning HR and operational strategies with corporate objectives and establishing HR policies for recruitment and employee management. Earlier career experiences include serving as Branch Manager and Account Manager at Axiom Staffing Group from September 2015 to July 2017, where Kelley developed strategic account plans, and as Leasing Coordinator at Camden Property Trust from June 2011 to August 2015. Kelley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services, along with a minor in Real Estate, from Virginia Tech in 2011.
