Ashlee Townson

Ashlee Townson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashlee started their career as a Substitute Teacher in various schools from May 2008 to January 2010, where they implemented classroom management techniques and created lesson plans.

From July 2001 to November 2015, Ashlee worked as a Retail Store Manager, managing four different stores. Their responsibilities included achieving sales results, training and developing team members, and coordinating schedules for 20-40 staff members.

In February 2012, Ashlee joined Westburne as a Project Coordinator, where they managed all aspects of project management for commercial electrical jobs. Ashlee then moved on to become the Manager of the Industrial/Commercial Projects Group, overseeing the Commercial and Industrial Quotations Teams as well as the Project Management Teams.

From February 2016 to March 2020, Ashlee worked at Gescan as the Projects Manager. Their role involved handling electrical project quotations, project management, and maintaining relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners.

Currently, Ashlee is employed at Evans Consoles - Designs & Equips Mission Critical Operations. Ashlee initially joined as a Project Manager in July 2020 and has now progressed to become the Project Manager - Regional Team Lead since February 2022.

Ashlee Townson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree at the University of Manitoba, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
