James Felton

James Felton is currently the Division Manager at PropelUAS, a division of Evans Consulting. James has a strong background in project management and organizational development, having previously worked at companies like Leidos and Leoni Industries. James has also served in the military, gaining experience in leadership and tactical training. James holds a Master of Arts in History from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
