Russ Green is an experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis and community engagement. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Evans Consulting since January 2025, Russ is also the Founder of Bison Impact Group, which promotes golf among Black communities and supports HBCU students while addressing domestic violence. As a Coach with First Tee since March 2022, Russ focuses on teaching children swing techniques and promoting mental wellness. Previous roles include Business Analyst at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Senior Business Systems Analyst at Harmonia Holdings Group, and Senior Business Analyst at Nfinity, where Russ supported FDIC initiatives.
