Shannon Stearman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project logistics, and capital markets. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Evans Consulting since October 2022, Shannon previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Colmena Group, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Project Logistics at Brinkman, where team development and resource management were key focuses, and Capital Markets Manager at Brinkman Partners, overseeing lending relationships and financial underwriting for substantial real estate transactions. Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Colorado State University.
