Brian Gaia

Brian Gaia is an experienced plant manager with a proven track record in snack food manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across various industries. Currently working at Utz Brands, Inc. since May 2022, Brian has successfully coordinated plant start-ups and managed all aspects of manufacturing, leading to significant cost reductions and productivity improvements. Prior to this role, Brian held plant management positions at Evans Food Group LTD and has extensive experience at Westinghouse Electric Company, where responsibilities included overseeing critical safety and quality metrics in regulated environments. Brian's previous experience also includes leadership roles at Sony and Johnstown America Corporation, focusing on engineering management and continuous improvement processes. Brian holds an education from the University of Pittsburgh.
