Caryn Fink

Caryn Fink has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles within the hospitality industry. Caryn is currently the Director of Accounting at Evans Hotels since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Controller at AZUL Hospitality Group from April 2022 to November 2022. Caryn was also the Director of Finance at Grande Colonial Hotel & NINE-TEN Restaurant from June 2020 to April 2022. Caryn held the position of Director of Finance at Kona Kai Resort and Spa from April 2019 to June 2020. Previously, they worked as the Controller at Grande Colonial Hotel & NINE-TEN Restaurant from December 2016 to April 2019. Caryn has also held various roles at Evans Hotels, including Director of Accounting, Property Controller, and Assistant Controller, from 2004 to 2016. Additionally, they served as the Chapter President at Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals - San Diego Chapter from August 2010 to September 2011. Caryn started their career as an Assistant Controller at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts from February 2002 to August 2004. Caryn also worked as a Controller at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club from October 1999 to February 2002.

Caryn Fink completed their undergraduate education at the University of Iowa from 1988 to 1992, where they focused on Accounting. In addition to their degree, they obtained the CHAE (Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive) certification from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals in June 2007. Caryn further obtained the CHTP (Certified Hospitality Technology Professional) certification from the same institution in December 2015.
