Fernando M currently serves as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Evans Hotels, overseeing operations at Bahia and The Catamaran Hotel & Resort since April 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina from November 2006 to March 2020, as well as prior roles at KSL Resorts and THE US GRANT in similar capacities. Fernando began a career in the food and beverage industry with Hilton Worldwide, where responsibilities included the role of F&B/Banquet Manager from 1996 to 2001.
