Brittney Brooks has a robust background in user research and project management, currently serving as a Senior User Research/Research Ops Specialist at Evans Hunt since May 2019. With a progressive career at Evans Hunt, Brittney has also held roles as User Researcher, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Management Intern. Prior to this, Brittney spent over five years at Victoria's Secret, where roles included Selling & Support Generalist and Operations/Staffing Supervisor, focusing on driving sales growth through effective talent management and customer experience enhancement. Brittney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mount Royal University, earned in 2019.
