Charles W. Cavagnaro Jr.

Charles W. Cavagnaro, Jr. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Evans & Petree PC since January 2009, Charles represents management in state and federal courts and before various government agencies, handling cases for a diverse clientele that includes both small companies and multi-national corporations. Prior to this role, Charles held positions as Partner and Associate at BOWLING & BOWLING from May 1996 to December 2008. Charles obtained a J.D. in Law from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Memphis State University.
