Erica Brunson

Erica Brunson is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Academic Instructional Coach at Evanston/Skokie School District 65 since August 2021. Previously, Erica held the position of Mentor Resident Coach and Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools from September 2019 to August 2021, and served as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher and 4th Grade Math Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from August 2014 to August 2019. Erica began her career in education as a Resident Teacher at the Academy of Urban School Leadership from July 2013 to July 2014. Prior to transitioning into education, Erica worked as an Accountant at Motorola Solutions from July 2001 to June 2009. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a middle school math endorsement from National Louis University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, and an Associate of Science in Business/Commerce from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ.
