Stacy Beardsley is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various administrative roles, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Evanston/Skokie School District 65 since September 2017. In this position, Stacy is a key member of the Superintendent's leadership team, focusing on advancing educational equity and overseeing multiple departments in a district that serves over 8,000 students. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction in the same district and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Academic Officer at Civitas Education Partners/Civitas Schools, where leadership encompassed the operation of several campuses. Additional leadership experience includes roles at ChicagoRise and as School Director at the University of Chicago Charter Schools. Stacy's foundation in education began as a teacher and assistant principal at St. Malachy School. Academic credentials include an EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston College.
