Heather Hammons Wolfe has over 25 years of experience in education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher, Mild Interventions, and Reading Teacher K-8 at EVANSVILLE-VANDERBURGH SCHOOL CORPORATION since August 1998. Responsibilities include implementing educational workshops, creating proficiency and Individualized Education Plans, co-teaching with general educators, and managing student behavior. Additionally, Heather has provided instruction as a Homebound Teacher and participated in summer remediation programs for third-grade students. Prior to their teaching career, Heather owned and operated franchises for Papa Murphy's International from 2007 to 2019 and Cookies by Design from 2003 to 2008, focusing on business management and customer service. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Oakland City University.
