Jessica Theis, M.A., is a Behavior Analyst at Sevita since January 2023 and serves as a GAIN Student Support Specialist with the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician at LittleStar ABA Therapy from April 2018 to July 2022 and as a Home Health Aide at Adaptive Nursing & Healthcare Services, Inc. from April 2017 to April 2018. Jessica holds a Master of Art in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis on autism from Ball State University, obtained between 2019 and 2020, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University Southeast (2017-2018), and an Associate's degree in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Psychology from Vincennes University (2016-2017).

The district is a county-wide system that is comprised of urban, suburban and rural areas.
