Carmella Cassetta

Carmella Cassetta serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Hoag Health System since December 2014, where previously held the position of Director of Information Technology. Cassetta holds advisory roles on the Board of Advisors for Southern California SIM and AWT - Advancing Women in Technology, and contributes to the SoCal CIO Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Additionally, Cassetta is a member of the Strategic Customer Advisory Council for Amazon Web Services and the CIO Regional Advisory Council for HMG Strategy. Past experiences include serving as CIO at Corinthian Colleges, Inc. and Global Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Micro, alongside a role as Vice President of IT for Retail and eCommerce Solutions at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut and a Certificate in Information Technology from New York University.
