Casey Woodworth

Casey Woodworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Associate Director of Learning & Enablement at Evanta, a Gartner Company, since June 2014. In this role, Casey is responsible for shaping the organization’s learning strategy, aligning business goals with team needs, and fostering a culture focused on growth. Previous roles at Evanta include Product & Strategy Enablement Lead, where the transition of onboarding programs to a virtual environment was successfully managed, and Training Manager, where Casey established the comprehensive Evanta University for new hires. Earlier career experiences include positions in sales management at kate spade new york and Coach, along with literary agency work and a background in publishing from Portland State University. Casey holds a Master of Arts in Writing: Book Publishing from Portland State University and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication: Theatre Arts from Oregon State University.
