Aparajit Sahai

QA/RA Manager at Evasc Neurovascular Enterprises

Aparajit Sahai has a range of work experience, starting in 2014 as a Summer Intern at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, where they gained instruction in the daily functioning of the hospital and worked with the team handling OCT technology. In 2015, Aparajit worked as a Research Trainee at both Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital. In 2017, they joined Ironstone Product Development as an Associate Medical Device Consultant and later as a Regulatory Affairs Intern. Aparajit then moved to Flosonics Medical in 2018, where they worked as a Quality Engineer and later as a QA/RA Manager until 2021. They then returned to Ironstone Product Development as a Medical Device Consultant until 2023. Currently, Aparajit Sahai holds the position of QA/RA Manager at Evasc Neurovascular.

Aparajit Sahai completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Toronto from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from SRM University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Aparajit Sahai participated in a Semester Abroad program at the National University of Singapore in 2015, specializing in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Aparajit Sahai obtained a Team Leader (TPECS) certification from BSI in August 2021. They also completed a number of training courses, including Internal Auditor, Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) Fundamentals and Readiness Training Course, and Requirements of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) Training Course, although the exact dates of completion are unknown.
