Scott Wilson, CPA, CA has extensive experience in the field of finance and accounting. Scott's career began in 1990 when they joined Arthur Andersen as an Audit Senior. In 1993, they moved to PureEdge Solutions as Controller, where they were a member of the senior management team and reported to the President. In 1995, they joined Starvision Multimedia as CFO/VP Finance. In 2000, they joined Convedia Corporation as CFO/VP Finance, where they were responsible for operations in Canada, US, China and Europe. In 2006, they moved to RadiSys Corporation as Sr Director Finance, where they were responsible for the integration of Convedia into RadiSys and the senior financial officer of the Media Server Business Unit. In 2014, they joined QuickMobile as VP Finance, where they were responsible for all areas of Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. Finally, in 2015, they joined Evasc Medical Systems as CFO/COO, where they were responsible for the development and commercialization of a unique therapy.

Scott Wilson, CPA, CA obtained their Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants designation in 1992. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from the University of Ottawa between 1986 and 1990.
