Eva Simin designs contemporary stone jewellery and sculptural objects, handcrafted in her dedicated European studio.

Raised in Germany within a Persian family, Eva grew up surrounded by the world of Iranian rugs through her father’s lifelong work in the rug industry. From naturally dyed yarns in vibrant botanical colors to intricate knotting techniques passed down through generations, these early impressions shaped her understanding of craft and materiality. At the same time, the jewellery worn by her Persian grandmother and aunts — pieces rich in symbolism, heritage, and protection — introduced her to the emotional depth an object can carry.

She inherited her family’s passion for meaningful craftsmanship, which led her to broaden her horizons across global creative capitals. Eva lived and worked in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Copenhagen, and the sunlit landscapes of Puglia, absorbing diverse design languages ranging from architectural minimalism to Italian femininity and timeless elegance. These environments would become the catalyst for her next creative chapter.

In 2022, after years in luxury fashion and a shift in perspective following Covid, EVASIMIN took form. Eva began shaping a design language defined by sculptural silhouettes, handcrafted precision, and a dedication to naturally sourced, precious materials. Eschewing trends and mass production, she developed an aesthetic rooted in heritage, emotion, and color — fusing the traditional with the modern from the very beginning.

Influenced by Persian artistry, classical pearl compositions, and the refined ease of Italian nonne, her jewellery is resolutely contemporary while anchored in centuries-old cultural narratives. Each piece is created to offer presence, calmness, and a sense of personal meaning.
