Michail Angelos Pavlidis began their work experience in 2014 as an Animal Care Associate at Attica Zoological Park S.A. Michail Angelos then completed their B.Sc. thesis at the Hellenic Pasteur Institute in 2014. In 2016, they completed their Military Service with the Greek Armed Forces. In 2017, they worked as a QC Microbiologist at Vianex SA. In 2018, they began working at Evaxion Biotech A/S as a Project Associate, Junior Research Associate, and Student Research Assistant. Michail Angelos also completed their M.Sc. thesis at CCIT - Center for Cancer Immune Therapy in 2018.

Michail Angelos Pavlidis obtained their Apolytyrion from the 1st High School of Gerakas in 2011. Michail Angelos then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology, General from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Immunology & Inflammation from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Additionally, they have obtained a FELASA A/B/D from the FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN LABORATORY ANIMAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATIONS in 2017, a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan, and a Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
