Willemijn Sophie Cortenraad

Willemijn Sophie Cortenraad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Willemijn Sophie is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EVBox since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The HEINEKEN Company as a Paralegal from March 2021 to February 2022, and as a Recruiter for HEINEKEN Nederland from September 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining HEINEKEN, Willemijn had experience interning in recruitment at L'Oréal for six months in 2018. Willemijn Sophie also worked as a Paralegal in the field of Procedural and Employment Law at BASE Advocaten for two months in 2015, and as a Legal Adviser in Employment and Intellectual Property Law at Stichting Rechtopjerecht for four months in the same year.

From 2021 to 2023, they attended NIA Academie Amsterdam where they pursued a part-time evening program in Vakopleiding Interior Design, aiming to obtain a Bachelor's degree.

Between 2015 and 2017, they were a student at the University of Amsterdam, where they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree specializing in Privaatrechtelijke rechtspraktijk.

From 2010 to 2014, they studied at Leiden University, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Rechten & Bedrijfswetenschappen.

In 2012, they spent a year at Queen Mary University of London, focusing on the Law of the European Union and Family Law.

Their secondary education was completed at Sint-Michielscollege in Schoten, Belgium, between 2004 and 2010. Willemijn Sophie pursued an Algemeen Secundair Onderwijs (VWO) Talen-Wiskunde program.
