Matt Mergener

Matt Mergener is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in plastics and operations management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics since May 2023, Mergener has previously held senior engineering roles at Schneider Electric and McDonald Plastic Molding, where responsibilities included plastic component engineering and management of injection molding processes. Mergener's extensive experience at NMC, Inc. spanned over two decades, with roles as Operations Manager and Project Engineering Manager. Mergener holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management with an emphasis in Plastics Processing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, as well as an Associate of Science in CAD Drafting and Design from Herzing University.
