Sara Burke

Sara Burke has a wealth of experience in PR and Communications. From 2015 to present, they have been the Head of PR and Comms at Eve Sleep. From 2008 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder and Producer at Kuba Photography. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Director of PR at Press Counsel Pr Ltd, where they were responsible for planning and implementing PR & Media Strategies for the launch of the arts and music festival Latitude in its first year and beyond, as well as media relations, consumer and corporate PR for Fopp music chain during a period of rapid growth and crisis management. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Senior Press and PR at The UK Design Council, where they worked across many sectors and projects to promote design as a strategic tool. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Senior Press and PR Officer at Cancer Research UK, where they ran national campaigns such as Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Sun Smart Campaign, and got CRC into the national news on a regular basis.

Sara Burke attended the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a BA Honours 2:1 in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies.
