Naïla Thibault

Naïla Thibault has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Assistant at Schlesinger Associates. During this time, they also served as an Assistant Program Coordinator Intern at VIDA/SIDA from 2013 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Internet Support at Apartments.com, providing tech support and customer support for over 200,000 properties, helping and responding to customers in a professional and timely manner, working directly with clients and sales representatives, and developing a process that is used through out the entire department in setting up feeds for the sites, as well as managing work through Salesforce, People Soft, Desk. com and proprietary CRM’s. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Program Associate at the American Bar Association. Most recently, they have been a Merchant Services Manager at Eved since 2018.

Naïla Thibault received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from the College of Lake County in 2005-2007. Naïla then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007-2009. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from DePaul University in 2011-2013.
