Fiona Sweeney

Fiona Sweeney serves as the CEO of Evelyn Partners Investment Management (Europe) since February 2022 and has been a Non-Executive Director of CIÉ Group since April 2019, where Fiona also chairs the Board Finance & Investment Committee. Previously, Fiona held the position of CEO at Elkstone Private until March 2021 and led the Business Development team at Brewin Dolphin Ireland from October 2017 to December 2018. As Head of Institutional Clients at Davy from January 2014 to June 2017, Fiona was appointed following Davy's acquisition of Prescient Ireland, where Fiona served as CEO from May 2012 to January 2014. Fiona's extensive career in investment management began at AIB Investment Managers, where Fiona held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Customer Business Ireland and Head of Pensions, from September 2000 to May 2012. Early career experience includes positions at Friends First Asset Management and Bank of Ireland. Fiona holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University College Dublin, an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (UK), and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
